Miserable

Time has passed by…
The sun has again brightened the hill of lullabies.
I’ve thrown the alarming clock
But still never heard you knock.
I turned on my cell
To at least get rid of this spell
I’ve been suffering with no bail
Ever since this loneliness put me nailed.
I switched on the radio
To sway my thoughts of you,
But to my dismay
This sickness was not allayed.
So I resorted to writing this poem
To express the feeling of being alone.
